The DRC Construction Management program is not so much a “management service” as it is more of a proactive, results-based, project delivery service. We sit down with your team to understand your challenges, map out all the paths to accomplish your project, and confirm how your team would like to be communicated with as efficiently and effectively as possible throughout the project. Once that is complete and we thoroughly understand your goals, we are off and running with the traditional construction management: preconstruction, project scheduling, costing, safety, quality control, and finally the full delivery of a successful project.
